ahemm (clear my throat first)
i felt that this whole CIP was pretty much fun.
in a way it was also tiring.
but in this CIP it invovles alot of team work.
team spirit. which somehow bond the class as one.
in the CIP we also get to know one another
much well then before.
i have also learn that we have to
have patience and perserverence in doing the paintings and so.
even though we were being said that the paintings were no good.
we have to do finish wat we have left undone.
and not being 'crush down' by the words of others.
so to conclude this whole CIP, it is AWESOME.
and that we put in alot of efforts in this. ;D

HEY:DDD
this is natalie;DD
and and i am going to do my individual reflection;DD
firstly, i found that this CIP was truly great experience for me.
Not only that i have a better understanding about my classmates but also i have found out what takes to finish this CIP project were patient and teamwork.
I had met a lot of difficulties and problems during the whole CIP project. We had arguments about what colour should be paint the characters, about people not wanting to co-operate during the whole project and things etc.
however, with the encouragement that my friends gave me, i managed to finish the project eventually.
Although my painting and drawing was not that well done, the final work displayed on the wall was something that made all the hard work paid off.
and lastly, this CIP project was not a success without everyone contribution;D
Belvy's reflection
Hello there.
This is Belvy.
I am going to say about how I felt before this PCIP.
Here I go.
Pre-reflection:
I thought this PCIP was a piece of cake and nothing would be too difficult.
I never expect us to meet any problems.
But I hoped to gain something from this PCIP.
That was to bond and understand my new classmates.
I didn't expect the difficulties that we may face would be too difficult to solve.
Hence, I had the mindset of get-it-over-and-done-with type of thinking.
Post-activity:
I learnt that bonding was not as easy.
We all have different likes and dislikes.
We have different time schedules so it was difficult to fix a day and go down together.
Also, there were many walls that we had to paint.
Time was another challenge.
We tried to meet the deadline.
But many people were reluctant to come down and paint.
Hence, with a small group to complete that many pieces of wall was a setback.
Another difficulty was the weather.
If it was raining that day, we cannot paint.
The paint would be washed off.
And that happened.
We were painting half way when suddenly a heavy downpour came.
The rain smudged all the paint on that wall.
As though making the paint smudge wasn't enough, the paint dripped onto the floor, we had to make sure the paint stain was gone.
These setbacks did make us disappointed and angry but we persevered on.
Through this CIP, I learnt many things.
Teamwork to cooperate with one another is important to complete a task.
Perseverance and determination to challenge against the weather to meet the deadline.
Group reflection
Hey!!!
This is our group reflection. :D
Enjoy. :D
Pre-activity:
Because all the old folks home that our class selected was taken by other classes, we did a special CIP.
By going to Thinker Star Childcare centre to help them paint the walls.
While doing the paintings, we received a number of complains about our noise level which I thought was not really noisy because we really kept our voice to the minimum.
Also, we received criticism by the residents leaving there, saying that our drawings and paintings were very ugly.
During the activity:
It was fun but tiring.
Because everyone has a different schedule, it was difficult to meet up on a specific day to paint.
Although we had a time plan and a deadline to meet, we were not able to meet the deadline because some of our classmates were not cooperating.
Some were slacking leaving the others to do most of the work.
Time was not our only problem.
The weather proved as a obstruction for us.
With a bad weather, we couldn't paint because it would smudge.
And the weather is unpredictable.
There was an occasion when we were painting half way, a heavy rain came and smudged the walls as the paint wasn't dry.
We had to redo that big piece of wall.
And as that wasn't the only wall we needed to do, we wasted time by redoing it.
But through this activity, we were able to understand our classmates likes and dislikes.
Post-activity:
We have achieved quite a number of things.
Although we didn't meet the deadline, but we tried our best to finish what we started.
We also learnt values that will help us in our lives.
We have also created and improved our friendship with our classmates.
What we realised was that each and every one of us have different personalities which makes it difficult to work together.
We have to be considerate of one another's feelings so as to not hurt them.
Most of us needed motivation to complete the task.
Overall, cooperating together despite the arguments we had amongst us was something enjoyable.
Also, we worked as a team to meet the deadline.
We found that working together was fun. :D:D
